Office Closure

LSBN will be closed Friday, October 27, and Monday, October 30, to the public for building maintenance.  Employees will be available by phone, email, and the message center in the Nurse Portal.

If you need to drop off any paperwork, there will be a security officer on duty to accept it.

LSBN will reopen to the public on Tuesday, October 31st.
